All cups, ice, garnishes, napkins, customized menu and bar essentials are included in the hourly rate. I always insist on creating four to five cocktails per event to keep costs down. Please select four to five cocktails that you would like to have at your event. Once you have selected signature cocktails, I will provide a shopping cart. The shopping cart will be used to purchase liquor/ingredients. THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PURCHASING LIQUOR AND INGREDIENTS. Sampson Dynamite can purchase liquor and ingredients upon your request in writing alongside payment. An invoice will be provided and must be paid before Sampson Dynamite initiates purchase of liquor/ingredients.

Sampson Dynamite event planning involves organizing and coordinating all the necessary elements to ensure a successful event. This includes working with you to determine your objective and purpose of the event, creating a budget, working with you to select a venue. Sampson Dynamite Group has its own team of caters, event specialists, ballon specialists and list of DJs. Sampson Dynamite Group is a one stop shop.
